My wife had one done, and it was overall a positive experience. Her doctor, Dr. Huang in Denver, is supposedly well known for the procedure. She had a little scarring from the surgery, I call it lolipop scars (because of how the incision around the nipple area looks) but it was a real improvement for her, sore back-wise. I also teased her about being "Princess Perky" for awhile after the surgery; there was some swelling from the surgery so they were tighter than normal until things settled down. Any more detailed questions than that, I'll leave for you to ask her directly. Just get a good doc with references.
