I can try to help ... do you need a full size keyboard to plug into Bev's laptop? If so, I have extras keyboards I would be happy to give you. And also, my wife works at Kaiser (she's a Chiropractor and works at 3 of the clinics)and "knows people" if you need a reference or a nudge from a friend on the inside.
