It is. Like it has it's moment where you're like"The he-oh. Yeah. 11 year old boys read this too." But in general, especially the manga tend to be pretty deep.

And I'm not even gonna lie, even if it was immature humor, the part where Naruto disguises himself as Ino and end up having to take a leak and like...pees on Ino amused the shit out of me.

Yeah. But then again, most anime, even ones that are specifically made for kids are pretty deep, so adults can enjoy them, too. While American cartoons are also made so adults can enjoy them it's just... not in the same way. It's more INSERT ADULT HUMOUR SECRETLY rather than REFERENCE TO WWII or whatever.
