For my research, let's pretend you like them, and have the $8 for the Chibwees and the $5-$10 for prints:

Our AIM is anime cons, but like...we made Jokers ones last year that sold like hot cakes. Pretty much I need help getting MY fandom blinders off, and figuring out what OTHER people want (I.e. I want Naruto, Clamp, Etc and like..I don't even know which Bleach character, for example to START with)

(For reference, all our Naruto bases are covered)

Definitely would do Kingdom Hearts; you can't go wrong with Sora and Roxas.

Ouran Host Club: Tamaki, the Hiitachin twins.

Tales of the Abyss is an anime now, so that might be an idea. Luke and Asch would be good choices for that one. As would Tear and Jade.

Full Metal Alchemist: Just about anyone would sell, I think, but Ed would be best.

And those are the only ones I can think of. I'm not really into anime that much anymore.

This year I'm really hunkering down and Making Sora and Rikku ones (They ususally get left to last and I'm like FUCK THESE STRAPS!!!)

Host club notes, and how the hell have I forgotten FMA. I'll look into Tales. I don't know tons of people who love it but those who DO would buy pretty much anything they found.

Fruits Basket would be adorable!

Bleach would give you tons of choices, but I can never resist Renji or Yoruichi. Ai'd feel the same about Kenpachi or Hitsygaya.

I'm not too up on my anime anymore honestly. so I'll throw out a live action one: Supernatural. Everyone loves some Sam and Dean.

I would suggest Kon from bleach, just because at the beginning of the series he was pretty popular and plus who can resist a cute teddy bear with attitude :P

I can help you with Bleach. I'm a bit obsessed. xD Ichigo, Rukia, Renji, Orihime, Ishida, and Chad are among the most popular/well-known really. But the other popular ones include Byakuya, Yoruichi, Urahara, Grimmjow, Aizen, Ulquiorra, Hitsugaya, and maybe Matsumoto [just throw HUGE tits on your chibwee with orangey-strawberry-blond hair, and you're pretty much done for her LOL].

I can help you with them if you need to work out distinguishing marks. Like Renji's tattoos, Kenpachi's eyepatch, Byakuya's hair piece etc.

Hm... How to incorporate these would be up to you guys, but here's a few distinguishing traits between them to work from --

Dean: Short, spikey-ish hair, old scuffed up leather coat, pendant with some horned goddess or something

Sam: Longer, curly/wavy hair, more emo, uh... that's really all I can think of XD -not much help there-

You guys should so do Sweeney Todd too. xD

And yes, the meisters are from the new one, Gundam 00. Their names are Setsuna, Lockon/Lyle, Allelujah, and Tieria.

Death Note: L, Light, Mello and Near. Though throw in a couple Misa and Mikami.

Anything shown on Adult Swim would be a hit because that's where a lot of people see anime that aren't, you know, used to being online lol. So I'd say maybe add some Inuyasha (title character and Sesshomaru or whatever), Gundam (anything really) and basically all the suggestions above me (especially FMA and Bleach. For the former, I'd say Al, Ed and Roy and for the latter, I'd say Ichigo, Rukia and the current most famous bad guy like Aizen or whatever.) and stuff like Neon Genesis Evangelion (Asuka, Rei) and Code Geass (Lelouch, Suzaku, C.C., Kallen.)

Personally what I'd buy... Well, I guess I'd go for an L myself. Or a Near.

HOW COULD I FORGET INU YASHA. Even if it's not new someone will want one for memories.

Eva stuff doesn't sell to well. I think maybe it's too old, or just like...everything Eva that anyone could ever think of has been made.

If you do Fruba, do a half/half Like the Yuki but with mouse ears and a tail to distinguish which is which. Kyo with his angst mark and ears :P and so on.

Also I know this one is not as popular but, maybe some bizenghast? Edaniel would be a real cute one to do, and lots of people would recognize him easily! Also if you do like a Dinah, and feeling creative try doing a cover dinah with like the violin. That would be really cool and interesting!

I personally like all the Yazawa stuff so anything from that would be FANTASTIC!! *coff parakiss coff nana* XD

I know as much as it's anime focused, you might wanna try profiting off the new super hero movies that are coming out. Transformers would be a really good one to do, though it might make you wanna rip your hair out. Also things like "The Watchmen".

For prints you might want to consider doing something from "Repo. The genetic Opera"

While there might not be a HUGE market for it. I can see things like Hellsing selling pretty well.

For Bleach I'd probably go with Renji, and Byakura (or whatever the hell his name is. Rosie's the best person to ask for that one)

I think that's really all I can think of right now. I hope that helps at least a little bit.
Of course you always have you're never fail fandoms. Naruto, Inuyasha, Furabura, KH, Bleach.
