My membership at CLAMP_rants was rejected. My journal (Iwanttobeasleep@LJ) is well in use and obviously neither a joke nor a troll account, so I'm wondering why.

I hadn't realized a week old comment in jest to a friend on her personal journal, which neither of you have friended, would get me barred from the community. But if it's your perogative to deny anyone who would possibly voice disagreement, so be it. Although if that's the case you really shouldn't be running a rant community.

The issue isn't that you disagree, but that you threatened to start wank for the hell of it.

Threatened? I'm sorry, but it was a comment in a personal journal. Clearly that does not represent my actual intentions, and it certainly was not a threat on your community, just a joking statement. But life I said, if you want no one to disagree with your members, that is your right as moderators. I can commiserate with CLAMP fans elsewhere.

I don't care if you think Fuuma is possessed by the devil and Seishirou feeds his Sakura human bodies in the middle of Ueno Park on a daily basis; we interpreted your comment as enough of a threat to be suspicious of your motivations in trying to join the community.

And I'm interpeting your refusal of my membership, not to mention the freezing of threads, as trying to quash all dissent and discussion in the community. But like I said, it's your community.

This from the comm so badly run I got not one, but two people saying they didn't want to comment to the journal, so contacted me privately...I've never been contacted privately for something like this...Ever.

The ironic thing? I'd pointed Vodkie there yesterday cause she recently fell in love Tsubasa, and likes rant comms. She wouldn't go to the effort to make wank in a comm that couldn't be posted to FW. Fer real. Cause you know, rant communities aren't about being ranty and wanky...nobody posts there because it's meaningful to there soul to rant about who's boofing whom. It's all just for the "hell of it"

Last night when I decided I didn't want to be part of a community where the mods couldn't handle other opinions, I just quietly removed them and made my post here...I didn't stalk them to see if they were commenting about it, and tell all my friend not to join. Get a life.

Says the girl who just made like a whoa long rant about it...ah well, this has rather become a rant journal.

I think out. This was the same comm where I was accused of ever reading X that we had a good laugh about. Shini said I should go make a "You bitches suck, goodbye" post on GJ, but I figured they'd just use it to like...justify themselves somehow. They're the kind of people where a problem could never be with them, it's always with the other person....

So I decided to show the utter crack wtf to those of us with logic and brains. And it helped me shake the really really creepy ness of it as I've hoped to laugh with y'all.
