SPEAKING OF WHICH if anyone needs/can take a roommate, she is very sweet, and neat, and like having a bunny rabbit for a roommate.
We are all sweaty and gross because my house has no AC D:

...not that I actually think that's what you mean, but, it was my first thought.

Guest Room
Does she have any pets?
What kind of budget does she have, how long does she need the space?
Does she need furnishings?
We have a nice guest room with its own full bath, unfurnished, currently my pinball room but all my machines are out for repairs.

Does she have any pets? One cat who is currently in NV being spayed
What kind of budget does she have, how long does she need the space? Right now she is looking for a job, what kind of rent would you want? And she is looking for eventually long term, but a few months between getting a job and having enough to get an apartment would be helpful even.
Does she need furnishings? There are things in Nevada that can be brought here, but nothing in Colorado at the moment.
Re: Guest Room
Room size sounds about perfect.
Already wired for broadband internet.
Cable tv connection is available and phone if needed.
Small closet, but room has a sink and medicine cabinet, and the bathroom has a full tub and shower.
Carpeted
We have 2 dogs and 2 birds so the cat would have to hang out someplace else (I have allergies too).
2 sons, ages 12 and 15
Wife is Chiropractor occasionally has patients at house (on main floor in her office)
Basement is set up for home theater
Basement has air hockey, and custom arcade cabinet
Would charge a flat monthly rate and it'd include all utilities, and use of the laundry room. (Dogs sleep in there).
Generally we are all very neat; I am probably the messiest.
I'm a computer expert, so if there are pc problems I can help.
Family is all musical. (Lars plays sax, Chris plays piano, I play trombone, we all sing.)
Christian, but we are not foaming fundamentalists, so don't expect problems.
We often go boating on the weekends, I'm a great cook, my wife is a great baker, and my sons have the housecleaning chores. We'll probably invite her to dinner frequently.
Wife will make ultimate decisions regarding room and rules.
All the guys are gamers, but we play on the PC or arcade cabinet or pinball machines.
I think we can also help with bed, and other essentials if needed.
We are less than a block from a bus stop that would take her to the 9mile lightrail and then anywhere. Depending on schedules we are sometimes good for rides.
We're night owls, I'm the only morning person (sometimes both--never needed a lot of sleep).
Very safe neighborhood on a quiet street, stores and theaters within biking or walking distance, and we have spare bikes if needed.

Re: Guest Room
on Wednesday so she could set up a time to meet her at the office around 1:30 or 3:30 Wednesday afternoon.
I broached the subject of renting the room and she at first said she didn't have plans to have a guest, but we have often discussed it (we have an older woman who we barter with for housekeeping, and her family was treating her poorly -- we discussed having her stay with us.) Anyhoo... if she has some time tomorrow let me know and I will send you her cellphone number to confirm times.
We've had other guests in the past, including both of our mothers.
