So I just realized a lot of my issues with my Mac.

It only has 1GB of memory. Which is pathetic.

So I'm gonna call around and see how much it'd cost to get another GB or 3 added in, so that running Firefox and Itunes doesn't cause it to have a nervous break down.

We are getting shit moving for Otakon. \o/

I have a lot of drawing to do but I am pumped~!

Oh God your icon. My cousin and I used to laugh so hard at that dude who would paint landscapes on TV. He was just so . . . so funny in his own way.

Yeah, 1 GB isn't as great as it used to be. OMG my mom used to have friggin' 512 MB. I tried to play my MMO on her computer . . .yeah that was an exercise in futility. Glad I got off the MMO bandwagon. It's just grind, grind, grind . . .

Honestly 1GB is not completely pathetic; I thought that Mini would only be packing 512k. However, I think there is a lot of other things going on with that thing, namely the hard drive.

Your solution will cost just a bit of money, my guess is around $75 depending on whether or not you have two DIMM slots and how much memory you are actually going for. Also, be sure to check that that iteration of the Mini can handle 2+ gigs of memory, as it may not even be able to address it all.

Other than HD issues you should still notice an improvement.

You should be good if you can add 2 more Gbs of Ram. Like the poster above mentioned, double check your system has the ability to add that.

3GBs should allow you to run Photoshop, Corel, iTunes etc etc smoothly (and multiple programs at once!)
