It's always weird to me when like....40 people I don't know suddenly show up on my LJ guest thing. Like...where the hell was I linked?

Given that this is LJ I bet it's something wanky.

Well, generally I have about...5-10 people a day show up on "My Guests" and about half of them show up as people I know (And so I assume the other half are people I know who don't have "My Guests" enabled, as they show up hidden)

So when, in an afternoon, about 30 hidden show up, and 7 or 8 people I dunno, it sticks out a bit.

I just generally don't get 30 people suddenly curious in my journal at once without something being linked somewhere. Usually I know why it happens (I posted to a big community or something) but this is the biggest influxs I've ever had and unconnected to anything I have done.

It could totally not be. But given this is LJ and about the only thing I do on LJ outside of my journal is RP, and in RP someone has been stalking my comments to leave snarky replies, I'm gonna lay bets on the side of "Bitching about me" then the side of "Random awesome name drop!"

I would love to be proven wrong, however. It would, legitimately, make my day.
