So me and Bev are deeply considering doing Children's parties to make money. She can do balloon animals like a BAMF, and I can face paint and do caricatures, plus read stories, sing, play games, etc. Plus we can offer costumes themes:

Princesses, gypsies, cowgirls, pirates, ghost, super heroes, clowns, faries...if anyone knows/can think or anything else, pop in! We can make most costumes pretty easily. I dunno yet about how legal it is to have Trademarked characters. I have a feeling we'll have to work with the "change 30%" but IDK if there's a license you can buy, like radios do.

I just ordered a book on how to do it to read up some more. But it seems like the best "Not job" that has come up.

I was actually contemplating what it would take to do quality party decorations kits... like all the invitations, party hats, thank you cards, banners, cups, favors etc on a theme. I want to get one of those Cricut-type machines (except not the Cricut one) and try it.... though the machines are expensive.

According to some people I know, you can make some legit money making balloon animals. Go to family restaurants, ask if you can do balloon animals for the people eating and you'll generally get at least a couple of bucks from each table.

Doing parties sounds like more fun though.
