Ok, so trying to get all rp's organized.


I dropped the apple rp Lilia invited me to. It has a cool concept, but I don't have the time to adjust to a whole new way of rping (If anyone likes chat based rp tho, I suggest it! I can dig out the link). Might try again in the summer, but the...welcome I got left a bad taste in my mouth (obviously not enough to ruin the rp, since I didn't leave then). Still, might try it again some day, it's such a cool idea, and there are a lot of people I like a lot over there.

I'm fairly caught up mod wise at ville_delumiere, I need to get a few more character active though. I think I may drop a few people too. I already dropped Tsunade, tho I haven't officially removed her, and I might cut Sai to, just because for now I'd rather be focusing time into established character then trying to get new ones established.

I wanna go through BOYS and do some pruning or rules and maybe comms (We have like...80 million), maybe tweak the focus a little. Since were so laid back, put an emphasis on that. Which the like 8 billion rules don't lend to XD I might have one of the other girls look over the rules, since they're distance from them and why they were made, to see what need to stay, and what was a knee jerk reaction to like...some of the less then mature player we use to have.

two_kingdoms is looking good, I'm getting a fair mix of people signing up, and we seem to have patched up a lot of the issues a lot of multi-fandoms have (Why are they here, what are they doing, why do they update journals, etc) I am excited for it, and to be playing/modding with mah luv bunny Cherie again :D

ANYONE have a good place on LJ to advertise rps? Or several?

Other then that I am still sickly, but better. Have everything ready pretty much for my Starfest Mrs. Lovett costume, and meeeeeebbe for Ozma. I have the basic bits for that.

Me and Ju are gonna sit down and do faeX stuff tonight, figure out all the monies, the Starfest Chibwee's/art were putting up, the doujinshi stories we wanna make, etc.

And life is going good,. Even though I *think* I have an epic paper due soon that's more work then it's worth.

I know lots of places, but none of them are good. The best thing to do is advert in fandom communities, even if it pisses people off.

I think that would be good. As far as comms we could combine Freedom and BOYS together for thread based logs and then leave "Boys_logs" for actual AIM logging type deal. I think there needs to be some advertisements on there... and less sucking of the people we have there in general. I think that would work out well. I do think we could combine and consolidate the rules quiet a bit as well.

I think we should just put all logging/thread journals together. We just don't have enough traffic.

yeah I really wish we could get some people that are reliable and stick around as well. so should we just put everything under "Boys_logs" and then if and when it gets to be more active we can open up the other two if we need to?

Hmm. Last time I did adverts for the community I mod, I hit about 8 or 9 places.

_ad_your_rpg_, comm_central, community_promo, livejourn_pimps, rpg_ads, rpg_promo, rpgcharacterads .. and a couple of others I don't immediately recall.

The ads didn't really work well, though.

Sound all like good ideas to me. I'm currently brain-dead/burooku mai haato (*sniffle*) and... can't... supply much of any interest...

...except that as soon as I catch myself up in everything I'll run off to sign up in tk.
