Ok, so I thought another heads up...my laptop is broken still. Or broken again. So although I'm READING my LJ friendslist, if it feels like I've been ignoring you the last few weeks...I kinda have. I have the home computer but it font is weird (not too small just...kinda blurry?) and gives me headaches like whoa. So mainly I just get on IM and skim flist.
Also, I was listening to KBPI (Hardcore Rock) and they played flobots. And I was like "Gimme a break, is this gonna be like The Fray where no Denver radio station would touch them until KTCL made them famous*, and then every Denver station that could possible squeeze them into their music was suddenly like 'OMG we support local bands!'"
This is a habit with local stations cause KTCL gets the bands signed and plays them regularly, and once they're SIGNED then the other play em. But while they're local, oh noooooo
And then I realized I was listening to a national syndicate. Way to go Flobots :3
