Raaaaaant.

First, a mini RP!Reno-rant:

My character is not a hoe. He’s a not a prude, but he won’t bang anything that moves either. He has better taste then that.

My character is not nice. I know he was all “Haha I r funneh.” In Advent Children. He also blows up a major part of Midgar and kills lot ‘o innocents in the game.

Lastly, he’s not dumb. Dumb Turk=dead Turk.

Couplings!

My second rant is on couplings. I can handle any couplings. Whatever’s your taste. However, like a coupling for what it is. Don’t change the characters to make it into a ship you like. Like happy, fluffy couples? You’re probably gonna wanna avoid Sephorith and cloud, or Itachi and…anyone. Particularly Sasuke, but anyone really.

Don’t like yaoi? Don’t ship boys. No, making Haku a girl doesn’t count. Like angst? Avoid Yukito and (ok, they have a touch of angst, but considering Clamp...)If you like happy ending, for he love of Jesus avoid any couplings I adore (J/K) And so on and so forth.

Don’t turn Sephiroth in to a cuddle bear simply so your coupling works the way you want it to. I’m a firm believer that with enough work every couple can eventually be possible, but not in every possible way. If you just decided to change the character to make your romance something it’s not…you no longer have a romance with that character. You have a romance with a canon shaped OC.

Let's not forget that Reno never said "yo" once. In English or Japanese (thus he also has never said, "hey" canonly). And in the game? He was pretty fucking hardcore and eloquent!

He say Zo to or Yo to at the end of every sentence, however, so it's not like that comes out of nowhere. If you wanted to keep that, yo is about the only thing that would feel right, being cause saying Zo to in and English rp/fanfic would look...really stupid.
