So. I got let go today.

Or, I was told I had no hours and needed to see Alan about availability. Which. You know.

So I went up to see Ju to cheer me up. And I found out that Celeb is known for the trend of taking in apprentices, and using them for free work, and it not going anywhere. And that makes me feel...a whole lot better about that whole situation.

And I also got a super ugly 70's suitcase to match Ju's ♥

It was...generally a good day, considering how it started.

BTW, your "9" icon is cool. Just saw that recently.

Getting let go sucks. Its great when people try to soften the blow by explaining that everything about the job sucked and you are full of awesome. It doesn't stop you from brooding about the experience and running through countless what-ifs. To a degree, thats healthy and work at your next job will probably benefit from it. But don't let it get you down to much. Its not your life or anything.

Dunno what the job entailed or any details, for that matter. Be happy, enjoy school and your friends. You can obcess about work when you are in your forties. ;-)

I loved it.

I knew I was temp...or like...they hired a bunch of people. And we knew only a fraction would have been kept. I just didn't luck out (I was at the campus book store) Annnnd the free time is nice?

It did make me feel much better emotionally to know that what happened at the tattoo shop wasn't just me failing at that.

Okay did I miss a new fashion trend? Girl, I have plenty of the old ugly ones. And old ugly briefcases, which have been my secret repository of old RP game materials.

XD this one will probably be used for similar, but it is one of those things that is ugly to SUCH an extent that it transformers into appealing. It's small, florescent colored large flower print.
