I didn't get called in. So we went to get Sushi. Then went to the Natural History Museum and saw a plantarium show and their pirates show.
Which, like...normally when you learn more about something like that (Pirates, gypsies) the glamor wears off and you remember most "cool" lifestyles sucked, and were so intensely glamorized they barely register as the same.
This...did not make me wanna be a pirate, because then only thing I wanted to be pre-1900 pretty much was a pampered rich girl BUT it did make pirates seem like one of the better options.
Then we went to D-bar, which is a desert place run by a Food Network Chef, and had delicious food.
Then we came home and watched FMA. And I hooked up my new large format scanner and it works well thus far.
